Land-based Qualifications in Environmental Management and Planning / Viticulture / Horticulture / Agriculture

 

·         Diploma in Horticulture / Agriculture : 1-year full time courses with 12 weeks of practical work in horticultural / agricultural sector

·         Bachelor of Environmental Management and Planning: 3-year full time courses with focus on the interrelationships between the ecological, social and economic aspects of the environment. Courses cover environmental planning, monitoring and analysis, urban and regional planning and research methods, business and sustainability, etc.

·         Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology: 3-year full time courses with 18 weeks of practical work in commercial vineyards and wineries. Courses cover viticulture, grapevine growth, wine science, biometrics, vineyard and winery management, grape pest and disease, winery equipment and structures, etc.

·         English language requirement: IELTS 6.0 (Diploma); IELTS 6.5 (Bachelor)
